A certain spot on Boylston Street has seen many eateries come and go. But the all-new Vlora restaurant and lounge, which opened this month, seems to be here to stay. Fresh ingredients heighten the naturaly healthy aspects of the Northern Mediterranean-inspired menu-amoung the offerings are lemon potatoes, grilled quail, arancini Siciliani and a refreshing watermelon and feta appetizer. Executive chef Aldo Velaj shares ownership of the large space that is decorated with citrus trees and a wall of cascading water with his wife, Cindy Tsai.
